Where we come from brisket is king. This beast is slow smoked over hickory ad mesquite wood for 8-12 hours and allowed to rest for 6 hours. This process releases the full flavor of our brisket and makes it so incredibly tender it falls apart.

Burnt Ends
The end of our briskets closest to the fire gets a kiss from the flame, giving it a tad more bark. We slice the ends and soak in our homemade sauce and mixture of spices to bring out the flavor and tenderize the meat. The savory result has quickly become a favorite amongst our guests.

Growing up in Florida, our Pitmaster's wife has brought this classic with her. Doesn't get much better!

Sauce
We are proud to say we make and bottle all our sauces in house.Ol' Red
Sweet, smokey, and tangy. This sauce is similar to a Kansas City style sauce and is our house original.

Yeller'
Unique to the Carolinas, this mustard-based sauce has gotten the stamp of approval from our friends from the south east. This tangy sauce has fresh herbal tones and pairs well with chicken and pork.

Jitter Juice
For those more adventurous, we have our espresso sauce. This bold twist on barbecue uses fresh espresso pulled from our neighboring coffee house, Sweetwater. Has a nice jolt to it.

Willie's Sweet Bourbon
We are excited to be contracted with Willie's Distillery in Ennis, MT to produce three different barbecue sauces for them. The first of the trio, this sauce favors the Bighorn Bourbon in a smooth exquisite taste with a lingering warm as if you were sipping on a glass. A real crowd favorite, it doesn't last long!
